Tasting at BOA Steakhouse
Last night I had the chance to join a group media tasting at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood! The food and drinks were definitely worth the drive over from the west side during rush hour.
I started off with a blackberry cocktail before diving into their new lineup of sharable plates.
Bacon Popcorn with crispy brussel sprout leaves was first up. Needless to say, anything elevated with bacon is a true treat to the tongue.
BOA’s new lineup of plates also included:
- Cauliflower “Wings” ($8) – sweet chili sauce and kimchi
- Lobster Tater Tots ($14) – truffle-roasted garlic aioli
- Jamon Serrano Pintxos ($12) – Spanish ham, piquillo peppers, and baguette
- House-Smoked Salmon Pizzetta ($18) – lemon crème fraiche, pickled onions, and goat cheese
The very best things I tasted were definitely the Cauliflower “Wings” (pictured above) and the Chicken Sliders (below), which is an item off their existing menu.
Thanks so much to the Wagstaff team for inviting us to take a first peek at BOA’s newest menu options!
