New glasses!
Thank you LensCrafters for sponsoring this post! Product reviews and promotions written on my blog are strictly based on my opinions.
Ever since I’ve needed correctional lenses in middle school, I’ve always despised glasses. Almost no one outside of my family and a few close friends have probably even seen me with glasses on.
Maybe it’s because of the way they sit on my nose, or because I felt like I was seeing an annoying round frame wherever I looked. Whatever the reason, I used to insist on walking around half-blind so that I didn’t have to be seen as “four-eyes” in the hallways at school.
Thank goodness glasses are finally IN! I knew that getting glasses would be better for my eyes, especially since I had quite the scare with scratching up my corneas a few years ago. So I jumped at the opportunity to work with the fantastic team at LensCrafters:
I went to their store in Culver City and tried on pretty much every pair of glasses they had available. My favorite turned out to be this dark purple-ish frame by Dolce & Gabbana, lined with a shiny gold on the interiors!
They fit perfectly on my face and barely needed any adjustments at the LensCrafters store. It was like I found my Cinderella shoe (of glasses of course).
After an amazingly quick and easy trip to the store and just a few days of waiting for the glasses to be finished, they’ve found their way into my bag of essentials.
Thanks again @LensCrafters for the spiffy new specs!
