Recently we were invited to The Georgian Hotel’s Veranda Restaurant to give their new menu a try!
The Georgian Hotel sits steps away from the Santa Monica Pier. With both indoor and outdoor seating, you can dine as you watch the sun set behind the Pacific Ocean. There’s really nothing better than dining with that kind of view.
Without a doubt, grab yourself a cocktail to accompany your meal. The bartender crafted a couple custom drinks for us that were sooo tasty… the best way to start off the evening.
There was a nice selection of seasonally-inspired California dishes at the Veranda Restaurant to choose from. We got the Charcuterie Board, Market Salad, Fish Tacos, and of course, fries to round out the meal.
We love a good cheese board, and the selection we had definitely did not disappoint. Fresh fruit, scrumptious cheese, perfectly sliced meats, and crackers is really all you need.
The market salad featured bold bites of strawberries mixed with super fresh grilled shrimp. I love a brightly flavored salad that can hold its own as a dish!
The tacos actually had a generous portion of the fish, not something you always find with tacos in LA. Paired with the slaw, cilantro, and sauce, these babies packed a punch of flavor with each and every bite.
And of course, you can’t really go wrong with truffle parmesan fries. Made with the legit stuff (parmigiano reggiano), these fries had a perfect balance of cheesy to truffly.
Big thanks to The Georgian’s Veranda Restaurant for hosting us and sharing your new menu with us!
