When in doubt, Staypineapple
We stopped by Seattle for a minute last week, visiting some family and taking the pups on a romp around one of the most dog-friendly cities in the country! With the dogs in tow, we had to find a pet-friendly place to stay, and The Maxwell Hotel was the perfect find.

We checked in after a long day of walking around the city, exploring the Gum Wall (pretty gross actually if you ask me!) and Pike Place (AMAZING market!) with Kokoro and Chibi by our sides.

Waiting for us in our room was an adorable stuffed animal dog, reminding us how pet-friendly (and eco-friendly) the entire hotel was.

Our room had wood floors and cute, charismatic decor. From the brightly colored furniture to the patterned walls, we definitely felt a lot of personality shine through.

Shortly after checking in, the hotel staff was kind enough to send up two pet beds and bowls for Kokoro and Cheebs. K loved the pet beds and slept on them both nights, while Cheebs preferred to snuggle up in the human beds (as usual).

The Maxwell Hotel has a cute cafe and breakfast bar you can stop at on your way out in the morning. There’s also a restaurant and bar located in the hotel that was filled every night we stopped by.
In the hotel lobby are free bike rentals so you can bike around the city! I loved this amenity since Seattle is super walkable and bikeable, and it was the perfect way to travel around without forcing Cheebs to walk for miles :)
